Lebanon Valley Cycles has been in business for over 35 years serving the motorcycling community. We have grown from humble beginnings, selling and servicing mostly dirt bikes in the 70's, to the area's largest power sports dealership. We now service and sell three major brands of motorcycles and ATV's. We also specialize in Trike conversions by California Side Car, as well as trailers and side cars. Our reputation as a Gold Wing mecca is legendary, and our service department is second to none in quality of workmanship of all the products we sell and service. Thanks to Paul, our lead mechanic and shop foreman who has been around since day one, our service department is envied by many of our competitors because they know one of the keys to success in this business is to please your customers with quality service after the sale. Dave, came to us with the acquisition of the local Yamaha franchise with over 20 years of experience with this product, and he knows them inside out. His expertise in servicing the Yamaha brand including snowmobiles has had a tremendous impact on the success of this franchise in our dealership. This combined with Sheldon's 20 plus years in our parts and accessory departments   makes us a formidable competitor for your business. Last but not least thanks to owners Dick and Deb who through the last 3 decades were able to change and adjust their business to reflect what was hot and what was not in the industry and allowed the business to grow into the major force it is today. Dick along with sales manager Bob have logged many miles in pursuit of their life long obsession with riding, because we don't just preach riding motorcycles, we practice it and practice it. For if there is one thing we would like to be noted for above all is that you are dealing with "motorcycle people" that share your passion for the sport. After all when it comes right down to it what makes us stand out from our competitors is our ability to talk to our customers about our business from "experience" something you don't find in many dealerships you visit today. If you are ready for the LV Cycles experience and want to feel that you matter and that your business is appreciated, please visit us soon and become one of the many people who have become our customers and most importantly our friends.

Our Staff

Dick and Deb Sidle, owners of Lebanon Valley Cycles have devoted a good part of their lives to making this business a success by hard work and treating people the way they would wanted to be treated. When you deal with us you are dealing with experience and people that understand motorcycles, not a conglomerate of businessmen looking at the bottom line of their investment. Dick, a life long rider, has become a Motocross Dad with the emergence of his son Kyle's championship abilities in the sport. Deb enjoys her horses and dog raising. Daughter Nicole rounds out the kids still in the Sidle homestead, with 5 others grown and on their own.

Service Department

jasongil.jpg.JPG (69032 bytes) Service Manager, Jason Gillhoolley - Jason can schedule your bike, take it around to the shop, bring it out to you when it's finished, make up your bill, collect your money, well you get the idea, he is the jack of all trades at the service counter. Jason enjoys riding one of his many motorcycles when he's not running his butt off looking for your motorcycle. Jason and his wife Andrea live in the Lebanon area.

Service Writer and Set Up Tech, Derrick Crawford - For those days Jason just can't stay caught up, or needs a little time off Derrick can fill in and get you signed up for your appointment, finish up your bill and get your bike out front and ready to ride. Derrick may look all business behind the counter but put him on a Motocross bike and turn him loose as one the members of LV Cycle's Wong Racing Team and you'll see a guy that loves to ride and knows how to have fun.

Shop Foreman, Paul Eckert - Paul has been with LV since it's beginning, if it has a motor Paul can work on it. Beside being one of the top Gold Wing technicians in the country Paul can help troubleshoot any kind of problem with a motorcycle or ATV which is a huge advantage to everyone working in our service department. Paul lives in Lebanon with wife Robin and has become a recent Grandpa thanks to son, Jeremiah. Second son Matthew, an accomplished pilot in training lives at home.

Technician, Dave Clements - Dave came to us with the acquisition of the Yamaha franchise. That was the best part of the deal, we got a third major brand of motorcycle to sell and a top rated tech to work on them. Dave came with over 20 years experience with the product and can do it all to any brand. Whether you are riding a Yamaha motorcycle, ATV or even a sled this guy can service it. Dave lives in the Jonestown area with wife Bonnie and son Zack who enjoys dirt riding with Dad any chance they get.

Jordan Boisvert - Jordan is the Junior member of the Tech staff but has more than proven himself capable of the job. His mentor has been Paul our shop foreman so he is training with one of the best in the business. We're pretty confident Jordan is well on his way to being the kind of Technician you expect to find in our shop. Besides training with Paul he has attended many of the manufactures training classes and continues to do so.

Parts Department

Parts and Accessory Manager, Sheldon Houser - Sheldon hung out at the shop when he was a kid, and helped flagging at the original Sleepy Hollow motocross track. Dick finally gave him a real job and the rest is history as they say. I don't think you will find a more knowledgeable guy when it comes to the parts and accessory business. If it's new he knows about it, if it's old, he'll find it, if you need it, he'll get it for you. Sheldon lives in Fredericksburg with wife Connie and daughters Jess and Elizabeth.

Ed Keller, is a long time parts department fixture here at LV. Although we've lost Eddie from time to time he always seems to find his way home and his experience is always welcome here. Ed lives in Pine Grove with his wife Ange and son Evan who keeps him pretty busy on his off time.

Zack Clements, the newest addition to the Parts Department and more than capable of the job. Zack had an "in" here at LV, you may know his Dad, Dave our top Yamaha Technician. Zack has taken to the parts job with no problem and has two good long time mentors to help him along. Zack is a street rider as well as dirt biking with Dad and has a real talent in the electronics field. If you stop by the Parts Department and get the "new kid" trust us, you are in good hands.

Sales Department

Manager, Bob Nash - After over 25 years in the car business Bob had enough of that rat race. Bob came to LV in 1993 with a life long addiction to motorcycles and plenty of management experience. Bob understands what customers demand from a dealership, that's something that hasn't changed from the car industry. They want a fair deal and be treated like they matter and that is what he has set out to do at LV Cycles. With over 35 years of riding experience Bob was just the guy to revive the LV Cycles riding club, which is always open to new members. Although he is a member of the Iron Butt Association and enjoys endurance riding the club offers something for every rider on any kind of bike. When Bob is not riding a motorcycle he also enjoys time riding his horse "Dale" and for some reason - jogging and exercise???  Also a big hiker and history buff, you'll find many rides heading in the direction of Civil War battlefields and museums.

Touring Specialist, #1 Doug Kehler - Well the picture says it all, a friendlier guy you won't find. Doug is also a life long rider and has what some people would call the gift of gab, we just say he has a good line of ___! well you get the idea. Doug has a lot of years of experience in riding and touring and can help you with your decision on what is right for you. Doug enjoys touring with wife Maureen on his GL1800 when he's not making someone laugh in the showroom.

Salesman in training Kyle Sidle, yep the boss's son. Kyle was of course born into the business as they say. He is excited about coming on full time in the sales department. Kyle of course will still be spending time on the road pursuing his other career as an accomplished Motocross racer. With several amateur national titles under his belt he is now heading into the pro circuit as well. As usual we give you experience, even starting out in this business Kyle has many miles on the seat, of course they are a little more bone jarring than most of us are used to. You know he will fit right in here and do a great job for you when you come looking for your next bike, ATV or race bike.

Office

MVC-004F.JPG (66037 bytes) Office, Rachel Anspach - Someone has to make sense of all this paperwork and make sure it all gets put in the proper place and Rachel gets it done. Rachel is also back up in our finance office and can help keep the deals rolling when things get hectic. Rachel lives in Jonestown with husband Steve and their newest addition Christian

MVC-006F.JPG (55420 bytes) Office, Jen Shirk - Jen gets the leftovers, after all the deals, sales, facts and figures someone has to account for it all and make sure it gets in the books, is that what book keepers do? Her most important job is, of course "payroll," we all love Jen. Of course like Rachel, Jen is also back up to the back up in the Finance Office. Jen lives in Mt Gretna with husband Chris and two beautiful children, Weylan and Morgan.
