In light of recent insurance company reviews and renewals of dealership insurance policies we have been advised to have any members wishing to ride or participate in any organized events, rides and trips to sign an insurance waiver. You can print this form from the link below and bring it with you to the next ride, or drop it off at the dealership at your convenience. We will also have these available to sign before any organized rides at LV Cycles. This form is for the entire riding year of 2010. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
